Our products are sold "ex works", with carriage and packaging costs borne by the customer, unless otherwise stipulated. Goods are always shipped at the recipients risk.

We make a commitment to deliver goods in accordance with the technical recommendations defined and to replace goods

recognised by us as being faulty. Should the customer wish to take away tooling, it makes a commitment to pay an allowance for design and development costs equivalent to the original invoice. It is expressly stipulated that the purchaser shall only become the owner of the goods after payment of the sums owed.
